If you ever find yourself in Lembongan, the Pandana Boutique Hotel is a delightful choice for food lovers. While we didn't stay at the hotel itself, our meals at their poolside restaurant - boasting a charming garden view - were highlights of our trip. The open-air ambiance, coupled with a wide selection of local dishes, provided a refreshing dining experience. One night, I opted for their signature satay chicken pizza. Trust me; if it's on the menu, it's a must-try! The thin crust with grilled chicken and a delightful satay sauce was a culinary revelation. Breakfast was simple but satisfying, with local granola that truly captured the flavor of the region. What made it even more special was the hospitality from Trish, the owner, who treats every guest as family. Her dedication to ensuring a memorable experience is evident throughout the property, making Pandana an inviting place for your next culinary adventure in Lembongan.
